    Erling,

George Carlin is a comedian. I see your from Dartmouth. That would explain your lack of a sense of humor.

Riding the bus isn't a sport. Why the F#%K is sailing a sport?"

      My dear George

I can only guess that you are in jest. Surely you are enough of a
sport to recognize one when you see people competing one agenst
another. Sailing for a VERY large contingent of the sailing community
has and will forever be a very competitive sport. I dare to suggest
that more money has passed over the sport of sailing this year than
you or I may ever see. So be a sport and when you see a competition
just think of it as a sport. By the way, a few winter competitors will
be competing very soon. . So be a good sport George and watch some
other Sport for the next few weeks.
