    I so agree, Rick. Most of the "piracy" sites list every theft as an
    act of piracy. To me, someone just stealing our dinghy and/or
    outboard is not an act of piracy; it is simply a theft. An armed
    person forcibly boarding our boat even if he just wants to steal
    something would be piracy, IMHO. The piracy reporting websites are
    more helpful when all pertinent information is provided about each
    incident. That enables us to decipher which incidents are truly
    piracy and which are simple theft of unattended and unsecured items.
