Richard,
I subscribe to www.audible.com <http://www.audible.com> and burn the audio
books onto CDs. They can also be downloaded onto and listened to via a PC,
laptop, or portable player.
You pay a certain amount per month based on how many books you want each
month. The amount is set regardless of how much the audio books actually
costs. It works very well for me during my hour plus commute.
