What is an ENC cell? ENC is a chart electronic format, sort of like bitmap, jpeg. etc. Anyone can download ENC type charts, All you need is web access and the chatr number.

You lucky guys in the US get free ENC cells while the rest of us have
to pay for them. They're about $20 per cell but there's a minimum order
of around $250! Seeing as I only need one I find it hard to stomach.
Would anyone know if there's a place to buy them "second hand"?
