they have not moved and there is no other fee, except sales tax.
The area has come a long way in the last few years & the whole area is been
taken over by the city and they are getting ready to create a big fancy
resort with hotels , marinas and things like that. They will mow down all the
houses for about a 1/2 mile in each direction soon and start building very soon.
