Ahoy John;
You did a good job of describing our marina. I am retierd and work and live there on my boat.
A couple of things you might not be aware of are the construction of condos down the street about to happen, A new shopping center with a Publix as the main hub about a mile away, another marina, Renyolds Yacht Center about a mile away. I am afraid Green Cove is growing. There aren't many Mayberries anymore.
Thanks again for the nice comments about our marina. We are trying to improve it all the time if the City will allow
