Thanks for the info. Was beginning to think there was no one here
from that general area. :-) You've given us a lot to think about and
I do appreciate that. Physically, there doesn't seem like much to
write home about. Financially, it is a good thing but, looks like you
get what you pay for too. Thinking. Thinking. ...
