     I would think that a
    > horizonal would be better because there would be no worries on the

    The direction of the wind doesn't matter with most as they are mounted to
    swivel into the wind.

    Most horizontal types (all I am aware of) are unable to extract nearly as
    much power from the wind, so they are either much larger or put out tiny
    amounts of power.-Ken
