Ditto on the Magma, it is difficult in wind, but I tried the barrel shaped one, it was a lot worse. Try to mount it where something naturally shields it from the wind.

I have a round one that uses propane tanks for fuel. Never had any trouble with windy conditions.
It's called a "Marine Kettle" by Magma Products. I either bought it from West Marine or Boat/US.

Does anyone have a gas BBQ grill on there boat that works well? All I have tried blow out in any breeze.
