Its the closed cell high density foam you can buy at Home Depot. You can
contact R-Parts, they sell a very expensive vacuum packed insulating panels
as well. http://www.rparts.com/
If you have white Styrofoam it needs to be replaced. I took out a piece 3
feet by 5 feet behind my fridge/freezer and it weighed in about 30 pounds. I
had completely saturated with water and did not insulate at all. I went with
2 inch foam.

Just what is the proper blue foam? I need to replace a portion of the
insulation on my reefer and I'm not sure what or where to get the
