    Drat! Drat! Double drat! There must be some benefits to
    registration/documentation offshore or the mega buck set wouldn't be
    doing it. Wonder what it is? Maybe if I had mega bucks I'd already
    know? Or, is it a case of if you have to ask then you can't afford or
    don't have a need to know?
