would be nice not to spill my drink while sailing in
25knots wind at a 12-14knots hull speed!!! :)

that is a dream a total fantasy on a blue water cat at prices of around
$100k unless you stay very very very light - 25 knots of wind on a Catanta 471
(say $750k) YES for sure not a problem - have managed 20 knots in 25 knots
of true wind - on a lagoon 42 i would suggest 10 knots maybe 12 knots - on a
Lagoon/ Privilege 37 8 knots maybe 9 knots THEN/AND with the seas and the
waves that 25 knots of wind brings and with a cat doing 14 knots it is going to
be a very bumpy ride i have known people get thrown out of their bunks in
that sort of situation so you better have a gyro stabilised drinks holder WITH a
secure lid on the container too if you don't want to spill your drink.

David
