OK, I have to say that signing a letter as "taxpayer and voter" is not
an insult. In fact, here in California there are many people who are
taxpayers but are not voters either by choice or be legislation. While
there are also voters who do not pay taxes.... again for various
reasons. If politicians actually believed that everyone who is in this
country was a taxpayer and a voter, both political parties would not
have spent so much money during the last 2 elections trying to get
    people to vote.
