    Here's my letter...

    Subject: Restricting NOAA is Wrong.

    Preventing NOAA from releasing its weather
    information product to the public is morally
    wrong, especially so, considering the Taxpayers
    are the ones footing the bill.

    Weather report "repackagers" such as Accuweather
    and The Weather Channel, should not be allowed to
    build a virtual monoply based on TAXPAYER OWNED
    data.
