[world-cruising] Rutland 503 Wind Charger

Does any one have a Rutland 503 Wind Charger with regulator and mount
kit? I will be more or less the season a weekender- week here and there
so is this mini a good/bad for what Ill be doing???
Buzzard Bay = lots of wind!
