Based on the site information, the one that I would go to is:
http://weather.unisys.com/hurricane/ - this gives me information on all
of the oceans and years back to the mid/late 1800's.
Lots of good analysis. But the problem is that the hurricanes are
basically unpredictable. Knowing the number that is expected is good,
but where will they go is a whole different question.
Truthfully speaking, they cannot tell more than a couple of days in
advance where a storm will actually go.
