Hello all,
I have been away for some time. Busy with work and other adventures. Seems my lady, and I, have purchased our boat. She's a 1976 GulfStar Independence, 52' cutter ketch, hull #12. Since the latter part, of last year, I was busy making trips to survey the vessel and subsequently purchasing her. I've made 2 trips on getting her back here, to Madisonville, La. from Annapolis. She is presently crossing the Gulf of Mexico with a couple of hands I was able to find. Both good sailors and both Captains. She should be here either Tuesday or Wednesday. Hope all has been going well for everyone else. Fair winds and calm seas.....
