We've only had perhaps a half dozen requests to turn this feature on
in the last 2-1/2 years. It was not a functioning part from the start
due to the proclivity of spammers doing their thing and our wish for
the list to remain as spam free as possible. Also, frankly, it takes
time to check from time to time to see what people have put there and
if it is objectionable or not. You'd be surprised what some people
put in places they are not supposed to; or, perhaps not.
Anyway, I have just turned this feature "on" in a _limited_ way.
Members can download files and only owners/moderators can upload,
modify, download files. Send the files that you want to put up on the
photos or files sections to: . We
will put them up for you and monitor it that way for a trial period.
If it works well, we may open it to the membership to upload directly.
