Get liability only and put the rest of the money in good anchors, radar, a
good fishfinder, backup systems, upgrade standing rigging, and get all the
through hulls serviced. Inspect everything as frequently as you can. Be
prepared to repair anything. Have a good dinghy.
Take responsibility for yourself, your boat, and the consequences of your
actions.
Never have so much $$$ in a boat that you can't walk away from a wreck and
start over.
Its a tough decision but its what I am doing.
