I still don't understand how wicker baskets could be
any better or worse for that matter. Seems like the
motion would effect the contents the same no matter
what was used unless, maybe, something *very* soft
were used in the bottom. Can anyone explain this to
me?
Also, nearly 15 years ago I had a good old pressure
cooker. At that time it was nearly new. I bought it at
a boat show. It didn't have a long handle just 2 small
hand hold handles, 1 on either side, and a rounded
corner triangle screw affair on the top that I used to
tighten down the top and to hold on to to take off the
lid. It seemed to work great. A prior spouse made off
with that and I have not been able to find one like it
since. I can't remember the name of it and all I've
been able to find since then have been the long handle
models that look like they belong in a land based
kitchen.
Does this sound familiar and does anyone know where I
might find a new version of a unit like this?
Thanks.

Okay, I'm hearing more and more that the baskets are
better ... good tips!
Also about the handles on the pressure cooker; do you
have one with two
short handles, instead?
