    Hi Jo,

    Nonono, I was just referring to a situation in which
    there was too much overripe fruit / vegs aboard to
    consume in time.
    With the more planned cooking and preserving of food
    (we did that for an England-trip, and not just because
    of the bad reputation of the UK-cuisine...) we always
    manage to pick the right amounts. We still have a few
    jars with chicken+bouillon from 2001 in perfect shape.
