    We recommend a pressure cooker that can hold 4 jars. Also, one without a
    long handle (easier to store). We used to use produce netting, but underway, or
    even at a rolly anchorage, it can beat itself to mulch unless tethered with
    multiple cross lines. We now use wicker type baskets for circulation and
    rotate the produce frequently.
