I use United Solar Flex-11 flexible solar panels. They can be rolled up and
stored when not in use. They are tough enough that you can walk on them. I
tie them to the boom in port or throw them on deck underway. Each panel
produces about 8 amp-hours per day. They cost $99. I use 2 and need one
more, but then I have a very simple boat. There is nothing simpler.
