    I should have explained further. When I replaced the rivets, it was the
    result of temporarily removing some steps while the mast was pulled to have
    other work done. When I reinstalled the steps, I did so with SS rivets, at
    the suggestion of my rigger.

    Otherwise, zero maintenance.
