Hi Lynn,
I'm thinking about adding a watermaker too. I even am
thinking about building my own, though I fully
understand that this is not persued by everybody.
Either way it is interesting to look at GlennAshmore's
website http://www.rutuonline.com. Glenn built his own
and explains quite a lot in a comprehensible way.
Click on Systems and Plumbing.
When your friend wants to buy she'd best be sure she
chooses the normalized volumes of membrane-vessels.
Glenn writes about that too.
Another interesting site:
http://www.aquamarineinc.net/
Hope this helps,
Len.
