Hasn't NOAA weather data been available for years? I've been doing weather data pulls for years for ground water recharge input info. Used to be able to get the whole set back to the early 1900's. NOAA clamped down after 9-11 along with alot of other Federal Data Sources. Plus I've got my weather info on the net from NOAA since '97. First it was just the text and the have had the web interface going since around '99. So what is changing here?
