    She looks to be in fine shape. When I lived in Pittsburgh and kept
    my boat in Erie,PA I used to charter a 32 down here in Annapolis;
    about 15-20 years ago. She was a fine sailing boat and nicely laid
    out. Looks like yours has a couple of good sea berths and, to my
    mind, that's soooo important and often overlooked until the first
    over night passage:-). As for enough wind for a good sea trial, I
    didn't think that was ever a problem in San Francisco. At least I
    never found myself wishing for more wind out there.
