    It's a fin keel, 6' draft. Mast stepped on the keel. Steel reinforced
    spade rudder. There's a Universal 23HP with 400 hours, looks like
    it's in great shape, good access for maintenance. T-shaped cockpit
    with bridge deck. It's got the standard knot/depth electronics plus
    apparent wind direction and speed and compass all on the binnacle.
    It's got VHF and a Loran. No other old electronics. It's got all the
    basic systems, head with holding tank and Y-valve, pressure hot/cold
    water, starting battery and separate house bank, shore power and
    charging system. It's pretty basic, so I get to outfit with my choice
    of equipment and nothing to bother removing and selling on eBay. :)
    There's not even a dodger, and that's the first thing I'll install
    when the deal is completed.

    Oh, there's a purchase agreement with my offer that stipulates the
    survey and sea trial as contingencies. No worries, except I hope the
    wind is up so the "sea trial" can be more than motoring over to the
    haulout dock. :)
