Everyone who joins the list is automatically moderated for some time
and several posts before being unmoderated. There are _no_ plans to
allow attachments to email. There is a "photos" section to the group
web site. At present, it is not available for anyone to use. This was
done intentionally back when this list started. We _might_ open it up
_if_ there is enough call for it since it will call for more work for
us to monitor/maintain and we don't have a lot of time for that. If
you want the photos area, many more than one or two of you have to
tell us you want it.
