    'Allo Pierre,

    The reason no pics or files is that the moderation team is paranoid
    about the risks of spammers doing naughty things having come from
    the previous worldcruising group which was spammed out of existence.

    We don't have too much spare time to devote to the moderation task
    so a tight ship has been the order of the day.

    Weight of member opinion could sway this position if their are
    strong views either way.
