Has anyone thought of using either a electric outboard motor with the propeller reversed or replacing the power head of a standard outboard motor shaft/prop assembly? I could envision this mounted on a standard retracting outboard motor bracket so it could raised up out of the water when it is not needed or wanted for reduced drag.
