    The O'Day 17 is a good daysailer. I've done lots of research recently, as
    I've been in the market for a small trailerable sailboat. The O'Day was
    near the top of my list. Settled on a Com-Pac 16, though, due to it's fixed
    keel, stability, cabin, large cockpit, and increased sea-worthy-ness. If you
    are going to sail lakes and smaller bodies of water, you wouldn't be unhappy
    with the O'Day. Have fun searching for a boat!
