[world-cruising] Always have to pay cash to check in to a country ?

    Do most/all countries in the Caribbean require CASH
    payment of Customs/Immigration fees when entering
    the country ? Do some take credit cards ?

    In particular, is there any non-cash way to pay
    the Bahamas $300 (for boats over 35 feet) fee ?
