IMHO, it is better and cheaper just to buy a blank composition book
and write whatever you want in it.
If you want, you can past a template inside the front cover.
None of the printed logbooks I've ever seen were appropriate - they
had categories I didn't want, and spaces too small for stuff I wanted
to write in there. Also I wanted sheets that couldn't be torn out
accidentally or on purpose.
