Robert the Engineless Sailing group is a Yahoo group...acces via the web
    or direct to

You would fit in very well there. The moderator is a young fellow doing
an extensive refit of a Pearson Triton. He has high ideals and many very
good ideas, although he does tend to post long-winded essays....but hey,
it's his group, let him post whatever he wants. I think you would enjoy
    the discussions he provoked.

Another member of that group is James Baldwin of the engineless yacht ATOM
of whom you may have heard.

    Come on over!

    Chris

PS: No, no chronometer purchases for me. Maybe in my retirement I'll
start a maritime hardware museum, but for now my finances dictate that I
    focus on immediate needs.
