[world-cruising] Can I always miss the storms??

If I am to buy the boat and sail off as the current plan dictates,
I'd rather not get my gale-experience in the earlier days.

Since I have no timetable, no schedule and no particular place to be
at any given time, is it practical to assume that pretty much
wherever I go I can dodge the nasties all the time?
