    Dear readers,

I'm new to this group. We are living in Europe and pln to cruise
with 2 children next year. They will be 3 and 6. Has anybody
experience with children on board? We have already been to Sweden
andFinland for 3 months (beautiful area!)to have a tru-out (was ok..
Is it fun to sail a long distance (for the busy parents), like the
Atlantic crossing (3 to 4 weeks)? And are there specific places to
go and meet ather cruising families.

We are also interested in the Intercoastal Waterway. Our boat is
11.20 x 3,50, depth 1.90 and height apr. 17.50 meters. Are there anu
problems we have to think about?

    A. Meerman, The Netherlands.
