    I find that the normal action of sailing the boat has resulted in my being
    more fit now than ever before in my life.

    Cranking in the sheet winches and hauling up the anchor builds good -
    albeit Popeye bulgy - arm muscles.
    Rowing the Tinker to the beach is good for the stomach muscles.
    Walking a couple of miles to the grocery store keeps the legs fit.
    and so forth...
