Jordan, check out Seven Seas Cruising Association <http://ssca.org/>. Many
members are experienced long-range cruisers, and they often advertise for
crew positions.
Be aware, though, that many cruisers want experienced crew, someone capable
of standing a watch alone. And you may find your part of the cruise ends in
a remote location, where you will be required to purchase a plane ticket
home in order to be allowed entry into the country.
