    Don't misunderstand my attitude of the Tartan 27. After my broach and
    (almost) dismasting, I rerigged her and cleaned her up. A few years later, I
    took off on her from Long Island, N.Y. to Florida and the Bahamas and return
    for a year. She's a great boat, great design, just don't get caught surfing
    in breakers with her.
