Nothing at all wrong with that list. The Valiant, though, does not share
the same underwater body as the others. The Valiant has a long fin keel
with a skeg-hung rudder.
Separate shower stalls in a small boat are rare.
If you can barely afford a HC 38T, you probably won't be able to afford to
fix it or keep it fixed. You'd be much better off with a HC33 or a Baba 30.
The HC33 is an enormous boat, and a great liveaboard. You'll pay a
performance penalty, as the hull shape isn't the most slippery, but if you
want maximum space in minimum LOA, that's the boat.
