    When was the last "annual survey" done by SSCA? IIRC, it was in the
    mid-90s, and they stopped doing them when somebody who didn't get a good
    evaluation decided to sue.

    The survey information still lacks three required items: who installed the
    equipment, how it was used, and how it was maintained. Every one of those
    criteria will affect how well it works and how long it lasts.

    The SSCA survey was better than nothing. But it was very imperfect.
