Depends on whether you want to sail for adventure or maybe motor from one
    happy hour to the next.

Let's say you wanted to drive to the southern most tip of South America you
could. Would you pick a motorcycle with camping gear, or a 45 foot Winnebago
    with jacuzzi bath?

Let's you wanted a close to water front residence in Key Largo, but didn't
have the eight hundred grand to buy a place. Would you pick a 45 foot Winnebago
with jucuzzi bath parked in an RV park, or a motorcycle with camping gear?

First you define the problem you wish to solve (adventure? water front
residence without the real estate taxes?), then the solution usually becomes
    obvious.
