Everything works...until it breaks. How soon it breaks depends upon many
different factors:
- quality of construction
- conditions when it's used
- frequency of use
- maintenance
Sorry, but there's no easy answer to your question. For some, none of the
items you listed are needed on a cruiser. For others, every one is
*essential*. Only you can decide what's right for you.
By definition, your boat will be fully equipped as soon as your bank account
is empty. ;-)
