Any how I think November is too early to cross the atlantics for some one wanting to make it to Australasia ASAP
May is a good time to arrive in NZ as it is not yet too cold in the south and avoids the summer cyclones north of 30S
So working backwards the itinerary could be something like the following. If something goes wrong and you arrive late in Australia and you don't want to go south in June July you could just make a stop in Australia may be Queensland.

    Arrive NZ May 25
    Leave Tonga May 1st
    Leave Tahiti April 20th
    Leave Marquesses April 1st
    Leave Galapagus March 1st
    Leave Panama Feb 15th
    Leave Canaries Jan 20

    Regards

I think after it did Belize and Honduras, Mitch was in the Atlantic or
at least I know that there was a hurricane in about 2000 that did some
damage to some boats/people in that rally that goes from Norfolk down
      to the Virgin Islands.
