<Is enamel coated cast iron a no no?
I used a stainless steel pressure cooker, as much for being able
to lock on the lid against it falling off the stove, as for the quicker
preparation of rice, etc. With rice, once the cooker got up to
pressure, I turned off the stove and the pressure finished the job,
saving stove fuel. Fred.
