    Dave,
Old #1 was built in 1975. It is currently for sale in Oakland, Ca. It's
listed on Yachtworld with the name "Landfall". David Daniel has found a
total of 8 LF39s including #1 and mine. Yours will make it 9 so far. You
may also be interested to know that the Vagabond 39 is the same boat, just
sold under the Vagabond name. There is also a 43 foot version of Ron Amy's
design, in both Pilothouse and center cockpit designs sold under various
names (but neither Landfall nor Vagabond). It is very obvious that it is the
same hull design, just stretched up a few feet. (ie: Young Sun 43, Hampton
    43, others)
Season's Greetings and Happy New Year,
    Brian
