A question that I'd rather not have to ask...
Our brand new Jeanneau 45.2, during the trip south to the Med, burnt
due to a design / construction flaw. The insurance adjuster estimates
$100-130,000 in damages, and they've indicated that they intend to
repair the boat. My dad (co-owner) and I don't want a reconstructed
boat... we want a new boat or our money back.
Unfortunately it looks like we may need to take legal action. Can
anyone recommend a good lawyer in the Massachusetts / Rhode Island
area?
