I have experimented with receiving weatherfax at
home, with my PC, my Sangean worldband receiver
and some frre software from the 'net (Jfax?
JJfax?, something like that, I'm not where I can
see it right now)...
My results have been mixed, mostly due to the
receiver's close proximity to my electrically
noisy PC interfering with the SSB signal.
Has anyone tried receiving these from satellite?
What kind of things are working for you
real-world cruisers?
Chuck - Land-locked for now...
