Thanks for posting this. That's what I call determination. From what
I gather, he built it himself on the balcony of his home. I hope
there will be something written about his trip. I think it would be a
good read. I'm not sure I understand the last line. Did the mayor of
the city give him a deed to a two-room apartment when he came back?
